She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. In just one year she earned her pro card when she was 17. This made her the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was off the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. In 2015, she came back to the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete throughout the years following her debut, establishing higher targets for herself every year. In 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. In 2009, she was named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to get her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the show, she finished at third. In summer 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place in the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than proud of the result. It's not surprising that she did so well in light of the contest. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel likes working out her back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving on to working sets. Ariel is also known for making the most out of her time. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This is usually three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
